Tray overwrap combines film performance with end sealing and controlled shrinking. The right structure helps protect the contents, retain presentation quality and handle the demands of chilled distribution.

Barrier performance or low-heat activation

GBS is a co-extruded polyolefin barrier overwrap film with oxygen and moisture barrier, tight shrink and resistance to handling damage. Z103 is designed for shrink-end-seal applications where low-heat activation helps protect heat-sensitive food.

  • GBS: rigid-tray wrapping on end-seal and HFFS equipment.
  • GBS: optional anti-fog and up to 10-color, double-sided printing.
  • Z103: low-heat shrink, durable end sealing and fast changeovers.
